POLICY ADMINISTRATION POLICY
- Policies will be approved by the Fraser Valley Regional District Library Board and will provide a reference work for board members, staff and the public, which documents policy for the conduct of all library business.
- Policies will be developed through Board direction, relevant legislation or administrative methods.
- Policy will be submitted to the Library Board at their inaugural meeting for ratification.
- Procedures will be developed and approved by administration to carry out the intent of the policy; regular review and revision will take place; all policies and procedures will be recorded in a standard format, assembled in manuals and indexed.
