Declaration of Perceptual Disabilities

Fraser Valley Regional Library (FVRL) customers who are unable to handle or read print books because of a perceptual disability (visual, physical, or learning) are eligible to receive free access to the National Network for Equitable Library Service (NNELS) collection of DRM-free downloadable audiobooks, Braille and e-texts, as well as the FVRL DAISY disc collection.
