Breath Work & Meditation Class

Pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation are ancient practices beneficial to the health of body and mind.
These practices are designed to improve our sleep and mood, help us manage our emotions, and create a sense of deeper connection with ourselves and others. Structure: meaningful icebreaker group exercise; breathwork/pranayama techniques; guided meditation; group sharing and take home tips.
Lead by volunteers from the Art of Living.
