Book an appointment and get up to 30 minutes of uninterrupted, personalized assistance. We can meet in person, online or by phone.

Technology – Get help with basic computer skills, using apps, downloading eBooks and audiobooks, and more!

Research – Whether you're working on a school project, need help finding a good read, or are doing genealogy research, our expert staff will guide you to the right resources.

Business and Community Needs  – We can also help with business plan research, small business resources, and local historical research.


Please note: Appointments are intended for getting started or troubleshooting – we are unable to conduct lengthy research for you.

  • Please contact the library where your appointment is booked as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.

What we cannot help with

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or business advice, nor do we proofread documents, resumes, or cover letters. However, we can point you to the appropriate resources or organizations for those needs.
