Why won’t the microscope light turn on?
- The battery may need replacement. Please return the Nature Pack to your library and inform staff.
How do I adjust the anti-shock feature on the walking poles?
- Follow the quick-start guide included in the Nature Pack. If you experience issues, loosen the poles, readjust the extension, and tighten them again. For further support, visit your local FVRL location.
What is forest bathing (shinrin-yoku)?
- Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of relaxation. It involves being calm and quiet among trees, observing nature, and breathing deeply. This wellness activity reduces stress and enhances overall health and well-being.
